First of all I would like to say that I`m sorry for my bad English. My native language is russian, so excuse me for grammar and other mistakes
Yesterday I have find this forum - it`s GREAT!
Usually I listen rockabilly (50th and neo-) and psychobilly. But about a year ago I`ve discovered for myself neoswing band "Big Rude Jake" and since that time I`ve began listening neo-swing too - more and more day by day :). It`s very interesting for me - swing has something, that haven`t billy-music - something special. I`ve discovered that sometimes swing can be more agressive that psycho and more lyric than 50th rockabilly. And the rhytmic base in swing is very cool...
In Ukrainian music stores is tooooooooooooooooooooo difficult to find swing, rockabilly and psycho - so we (ukrainian listeners)must find music in internet.
It`s rather good and it`s rather bad same time. Good - we can find almost everything, bad - musiciants not recieve money for downloading. But - if we can - we`ll buy music with pleasure, `coz we understand that bands must have money for their great stuff.
Let me introduce my band- "Baditoz Band". We`re playing neo-rockabilly, but... but sometimes I`m dreamin` about playing some swing.
