Request: Champion Jack Dupree w/ King Curtis

I used to have this LP years ago:
Champion Jack Dupree with King Curtis "LIVE AT MONTREUX".
Great blues, and I believe it was Curtis' last recording before his murder.

I've never been able to find this on cd. Anybody have it available?
