Sharebee + Sendspace

Postby raycast » Tue Jun 26, 2007 6:30 am

When you click on the 'sendspace' link on a sharebee site, it says "the use of sendspace through sharebee is prohibited".

There is a simple workaround:
Ctrl+L, Enter
This will make your browser reload the same URL, but this time it's as if you had entered the URL manually - no sharebee referrer, no error message, working download. =D

Yeah I noticed that, but I simply clicked on the browser navigator box and hit enter. Lol, it works.

Sandspace is not my first choice, but your info is cool, ray.

I know some filthy trics to makee money to buy a premium account, but this rapidshare issue is a pain in the ass hehehe

I would share "mine" with you, but it's notmine, someone is already sharing with me and he is from the other side of the globe. We have a schedule to avoyd paralel downloads.

I will let u know if I figure out a way to do it, swanky.

Swanky,

I thought ray already did this here. (scroll down to his second post)

You have to be somewhat technical, though. I read it once thru and don't know if I quite got it, but I knew it didn't apply to me...However, I think this is how is goes...

You need to have access (you must have an account) to multiple (for multiple downloads) UNIX machines. You must have the ability to loigin to those machines using a SSH (secure shell) connection. Then you have to set the proxy setting on your browser.

flushing the DNS isn't necessary, but you need to use a different IP to bypass their filter. I don't know if they do some cookies maybe, too; I'm using a small self-written downloader that doesn't store any cookies.

Anyway, just "renewing" your IP in Windows usually won't help. Because that will likely just renew an 'internal' IP that your Router has assigned to you (at least here, pretty much everybody is using a DSL-Modem with built-in wireless router). When you are using DSL or something similar, you need to cause your DSL-Modem/-Router/-Whatever (or Cable-Whatever) to request a new IP.

Some Providers will also just reassign you the same IP... while that usually is a feature (they charge you premium for that here; they deliberately assign you a different IP each time!), you can 'use' that to reset the rapidshare wait time. Note that this will interrupt any other internet connection as well!

In a separate post I've described a way to 'redirect' your download through some other Linux boxes, if you happen to have access to some. Rapidshare then thinks that other computer is doing the download, and that way you can do multiple downloads (also in parallel).

Hey guys. I repair computers but I don´t know too much about Lan, ADSL and these things.
All I have to say is that I´m under only one IP (static IP). All town is under same IP. Imagine that???????? If my sister download at "Rapidshare" I can´t download at same time. MEGAUPLOAD don´t let me download nothing
I can´t reset and change my IP.
I have to choose: or post to say thanks or download an album. But You guys, You are touched by God´s finger.
In my town we have 512k for 150 users!!!!!!!!!!!! (we are 5000 hab in my town)
U don´t know HOW I WISH TO HAVE YOUR CONNECTION. Please ENJOY what U have.
Some day I´ll have too.
Hugs. Fernando

Berni Dressel,
just a thought... have you tried using different proxies to bypass rapidshare's download limit? ...that way rapidshare would see whatever proxy's IP you were using instead of your "town's" IP.

ohyeah! may be, this a bit off topic, but let me tell you how i handle rapidshare.
the first, most important thing is, to delete the rapidshare-cookie from your browser - for all times!
i use the "firefox"-browser for his option: "never allow this site to set a cookie".

so, for the next download from rapidshare i have only to get a new ip-adress, easily made by disconnect/reconnect my internet-connection (-or shut down/ restart your pc...).

i am reaching a rapidshare- downloadspeed up to 200kbs/sec, so 100mb are done within 5 minutes....
you want to be faster?
how much minutes (hours) you were looking for faster options?
with kisses,
vera
