There has not been a virus so far that affects MP3 files. I guess all the widely used decoders handle broken data well enough to not have any buffer overflow vulnerabilities there. These most likely are computer programs searching for some key words (e.g. 'girls') and forum keywords (e.g. phpBB2) and then will automatically try to sign up and post.
